What tools and methods should be used to test mobile website usability? How to discover clients' expectations?
Vattenfall – European power company - came to us with these questions. We conducted a three-step evaluation of m.vattenfall.pl site. This included expert evaluation, usability testing with new users and ethnographic research with clients who previously had used the website. All this allowed us to assess ergonomics of the interface, recommend amendments and develop strategies for the mobile channel.
