For the purpose of COI training we developed a custom 2-day long coaching building the UX culture inside their organization. We focused largely on scheduling UX works in the agile environment. COI team and the trainer were thinking together how to disseminate the UX know-how in the company and how to engage all departments. The participants had the opportunity to check their skills in practice - they were given very hands-on task: to design social-administrative app.
Our needs were understood correctly, the materials and trainer's reliability contributed to the better understanding of the user-centred design in our company. The trainer was using various, interesting and engaging methods.Marcin Malicki Product & Service Development Director,
